Edition No. 1 — You’re Allowed to Outgrow a Version of Yourself That Once Worked

Create a life that’s uniquely, unapologetically yours.

There’s a moment in every woman’s life where what used to work — no longer fits.
Not because you failed. But because you’ve evolved.

This newsletter was created for that moment.
For the shift.
For the woman in between versions.
Let’s begin.

💡The Life Design Jumpstart Guide

Ready to clarify what’s next — without blowing up what you’ve built?

My Life Design Jumpstart Guide walks you through the exact framework I use with clients to reconnect with your next-level self, design your routines around what actually matters, and move forward with calm confidence.

It’s not fluff. It’s direction.

You Are Allowed to Outgrow a Version of Yourself That Once Worked

We’re taught to celebrate growth… until it threatens stability.

You finally land the job, build the brand, buy the house, hit the milestone — and then, something shifts.

The restlessness creeps in.
You start questioning the routines, the commitments, even the goals you swore you wanted.
But instead of clarity, what comes up is guilt. Confusion. Maybe even shame.

Because you worked so hard to get here.

So why does it feel off now?

Here’s the truth:

You’re allowed to outgrow the life you once dreamed of.
You’re allowed to change your mind.
You’re allowed to want more — not just more success, but more ease, more alignment, more “you.”

What worked before wasn’t wrong. It was a match for the woman you were.

But you’re not her anymore.

The patterns that got you here? They may no longer serve you at this level.
The identity you built around ambition? Might need to soften into something more sustainable.
The calendar full of “shoulds”? Might need to be replaced with sacred space.

We often resist this because change feels threatening. Especially when you’ve curated a life that looks successful from the outside.
But here’s the quiet truth:

Growth that honors your values will always look like rebellion to the version of you that settled for less.

This moment — the one where you’re no longer lit up by what used to excite you — isn’t something to fix.
It’s something to listen to.

You’re not broken. You’re becoming.
And no, you don’t need to burn it all down. But you do need to realign.

This is where life design begins.
Not in some dramatic overhaul.
But in subtle shifts, high-quality questions, and small bold steps toward a life that reflects your now — not your past.

Ask yourself:

  • What am I tolerating that I secretly know I’ve outgrown?

  • What part of me is ready to be honored, instead of hidden?

  • Who would I be if I gave myself permission to evolve — without guilt?

That’s your starting point.

You don’t need to make it make sense to everyone else.
Just make it make sense to the version of you you’re becoming.

And that, love, is more than enough.
